I am going over a quick project share here. I made most of my cards off camera, so I would not call this a tutorial. Anyhow, I wanted to share these cards I made using less than $5 worth of supplies. This would not include what I already had on hand, like my tools and card bases or twine and adhesive.
Using 2 pack of tags and 12×12 sheets found on clearance, I was able to make 11 Christmas cards but could have made MANY more. I had trouble working through this project at home where I was interrupted a lot with the pitter patter of my kids coming in to make their snack requests, etc ;p Either way I did make plenty of cards and came back to add more detail to them later. The full process can be found on the YT video available here.
I often hear my viewers saying they are not able to afford crafting supplies. I totally hear that and truly understand it. That is why I made this project using Christmas tags and paper found for less than $1 and things I had in my stash. I found that using twine made a big difference when adding detail or creating a more finished look on a more basic looking card. I have to remember that moving forward!
Below are some photos of the completed cards with the added details.
Some of the supplies I used are no longer available or are not purchasable online. Below are links to supplies and tool I used that can be found online. If I missed anything please let me know and I will be sure to add it!

While it is always fun to purchase new and exciting supplies and papers, we should also remember that with a little creativity and some inspiration we can use what we have or use fairly inexpensive supplies to create beautiful crafts from the heart! I hope you all found this useful or helpful and see you all soon!
